- Lead Carpenter (Full Time)
ProWorks needs great a great carpenter to successfully manage our projects on the job site. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of construction experience and should be able to perform layouts, set foundation forms, frame buildings (including floors, walls, roofs), install windows &doors, install siding & trim, perform finish carpentry, and have a working knowledge of all other trades on site. As a lead carpenter, you will be working hands on at the job site and overseeing junior and apprentice carpenters. We will rely on your judgment, supervision, and contact with clients/subcontractors to keep projects running safely and efficiently.
Journey-level carpenters start at $35 per hour and up.
Must have valid license, transportation, and ability to work on government installations.

- Journeyman Carpenters (Full Time)
ProWorks needs journey-level carpenters with at least 5 years of construction experience. Skillsets should include layouts, foundation forming, framing (including floors, walls, roofs), window and door installation, siding & trim, cabinets and other finish carpentry. As a journeyman carpenter you may work independently, or on a team, on a variety of projects including new construction, remodels, and repairs. We look for people with great attitudes who perform high quality work efficiently and safely. Depending on the job you may also be tasked with painting, minor drywall work, concrete pouring, insulation, etc.
Journey-level carpenters start at $35 per hour and up.
Must have transportation and ability to work on government installations.

- Journeyman Concrete Finisher (Full Time or Part Time)
Among our projects, ProWorks often performs concrete flat work and structural work. We need an experienced concrete finisher who can provide a variety of finishes including smooth, brushed, stamped and exposed. At this time, we have a need for a concrete finisher on a part-time basis. You are able to work full time with other tasks, or remain on a part-time basis. Other duties may include excavation, form work, placing rebar, installing drainage, and more.

- Laborers/ Apprentices (Full Time or Part Time)
ProWorks seeks part-time laborers for a wide variety of construction duties. Experience is preferred but a great attitude and willingness to learn are mandatory. Must have transportation and the ability to work on government installations.
